Head east on I86 (coming from Franktown), go through the town of Elizabeth and as you exit the east end of Elizabeth up a bit further Casey Jones Park will be on your left (North side of I86). Turn there, follow the road to the right and you will come to a brown wood building which is the Pavilion where concerts are held.
